On the sunny East Cost of the USA, lies the glamorous city of Miami, a major center and leader in finance, commerce, arts, and international trade. Sunny Isles Beach is tucked between the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west, north of Miami Beach, and just south of the elegant palm-lined boulevards of Fort Lauderdale. The area boasts one of the Miami most stunning oceanfront vistas, with miles of gorgeous white sand. In this beautiful area is located one of the latest Visionnaire’s residential project: a villa of 600 sqm totally furnished by Visionnaire.

“The style of this villa is fresh and contemporary, very clean and full of light. The open structure of the living space to the pool facilitated the transition between this two area of the house. The main purpose was to blend indoor and outdoor spaces, integrating pieces from both purposes. For the colour palette, was used a mix of natural colors and olives tones: green is the unique color accent accepted to affirm the organic and tropical style of the house.”

The mansion faces the dock with a beautiful outdoor space that features some iconic pieces by the Caprice collection: the Foil, a very light chaise longue with a slender silhouette. Foil can be utilized in a wide range of settings: thanks to its contemporary image that combines beautyand anatomical precision, the seat enters into a dialogue with the body, adapting to any type of use, without any need to adjust the back. The legs are in iroko wood with wooden joints and small steel inserts in the feet. Beneath the arcade, the Green Life family of sofa and armchairs, is the perfect place to experience the full ambiance of relaxation and spend some time by the pool.

In the main living room, the Anthem sofa is paired with the Stankar armchairs, where the rope elements are tied to a metal frame that surrounds the entire backrest of the product, outlining a particular curvilinear profile. This product establishes a dialogue with the world of fashion, thanks to a cord structure madewith natural hemp and lurex threads, inspired by “espadrillas” cult footwear. For the lighting of the room, instead, the Alpha floor lamps were chosen and the Rock chandelier as the centerpiece.

Adjacent, the second living room, where all the family members gather to enjoy e spend some time together. Here, the Bastian sofa upholstered in a deep green olive colour from the Eco-Skin leather range. A new generation leather with highly performing characteristics which is part of the Re-Generation project, a book entirely dedicated to those fabrics and leathers that meet low environmental impact criteria. The artworks from CaCO3 is the embodiment of the traditional workmanship and culture crystallised into mosaic art.

Walking towards this space, Bomber sofa and armchairs are the result of sophisticated contemporary research on curved forms. An enveloping sofa, with soft, tubular volumes, to encourage relaxation. The back, composed of various tapered and overlaid parts, resembles the quilted structure of a down coat, to wrap and welcome the user.

On the first floor is located a spacious bedroom with the pure white Ca’ Foscari bed that offers a good night’s sleep. The headboard features embroidery that creates a graphic pattern with a Japanese character.

The next chapter is the master bedroom with the Emotion bed, in ivory hues. Its decorative headboard is divided into padded modules of various sizes and enriched with a Mondrian “satin-finish” inserts and is paired with the elegant Petra armchairs in blue tone, in the most intimate and private area of the house.

In the Ultrasound bedroom, the central focus is the bed, with a distinctive headboard demonstrating the elements defined by fluid and resonant lines inspired by ultrasound technology. This design motif seamlessly extends to the bedside tables, creating a harmonious integration.The Cattedrale N. 69 artworks bring a vibrant accent to the room.

The fourth bedroom is Bastian which shows a bed with a recognisable "envelope" element combined with the Granger low tables. The Moon-Eye table lamps have a Zen attitude - a quartzite disk floats inside a slender solid wood structure with delicate patience, and lights up like a breath.

The office features the Ambassador desk, characterized by aerodynamic lines. Paired with the Planet armchair, this room creates comfortable and productive workspace.
