Enrico Versari
Enrico Versari was born in Faenza on 18 August 1975. Following further studies and his first artistic experiences, he enrolled in the International School of Design in Modena, graduating with a project that won first prize at the Cosmopak International Competition in Bologna in 1996. In 1998, he enrolled in the Faculty of Philosophy in Florence, graduating in Aesthetics in 2003 with philosopher Sergio Givone, presenting a thesis that analysed the relationship between industrial design and artistic vanguards. At the same time, he expanded on his studies in design and art history; his first exhibition was in 1999. Versari currently teaches Theory of Perception at the ISIA University of Design in Faenza and collaborates with magazines and art galleries. His work can be found in important public and private collections. Many people have written about his work, including: Marco Bernini, Franco Bertoni, Claudia Casali, Santa Cortesi, Enzo Dall’Ara, Emanuele Gaudenzi, Emanuele Mariani, Anty Pansera, Emilio Quinto, and Arturo Schwarz.
